The 16 litter Wake Up Call pigs have been the most anticipated litter of the 2024 into 2025 Showpig farrowing season!  With that being said, she farrowed about 10 days ago have 1 male and 8 females born all alive and it looks like she is going to wean 8 of them.  This mating in my eyes is a perfect match!  Because of the presence of Wake Up Call and the look and shape of the 26-12 Backslap x Rapunzel Sow(Belle)!  Also as an added bonus this mating brings together two very dominant sow lines as in the AC line at Keplinger Farms and the Rapunzel line at Titus Showpigs!  This is also a mating that put Cinderella on both sided of the pedigree which doesn't hurt your chances at all to get to the backdrop!  With that being said, this mating should work well in the show ring and also in the breeding pen and the farrowing house!  Rapunzel has grossed over a $100,000 in four litters sold and I can count on one hand how many pigs I've had to assist with in the farrowing process.  In Belle's first litter sired by Blowin' Smoke, she produced 7 pigs that were very well received and got some great homes!  One of those blue barrows that I sold has already been grand overall twice!  He was Grand in ring B&C at the Amarillo By Morning Show in Amarillo, Texas!
